Smith-Pugh was the Cardinals' offensive leader in the Cardinal men's basketball team's two games last week.

The junior guard poured in 16 points on 7 of 11 shooting in Saint Mary's final nonconference game of the season against Illinois Institute of Technology last Tuesday, before netting a career-high 24 points—hitting 8 of 11 field goals—in the Cardinals' conference loss to Saint John's last Saturday.

For the season, Smith-Pugh is averaging 12.3 ppg, and has scored 10 or more points in 14 of the team's 20 games—including nine of the last 10
