ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Cardinals kick off a very busy stretch on Sunday, traveling to Milwaukee School of Engineering for a showdown with the Raiders. Saint Mary's follows that nonconference matchup with showdowns at Lawrence (Monday), and St. Norbert (Tuesday).

• MSOE: The Raiders kick off their five-day spring trip on Monday in Orlando, Fla. MSOE will face Florida Tech, Adrian, Otterbein, Eastern Florida, and Davenport.

• The Raiders' 6-3 loss to St. Norbert last Sunday pushed their losing streak to three straight. …  MSOE's six losses this season have come during two three-match losing streak. The Raiders snapped their first three-match slide with an 8-1 win over Buena Vista on Feb. 11. … MSOE has been swept three this season, while losing the other three 8-1, 7-2, and 6-3. … John Price and Mason Sauder share the team lead in singles wins with two each—MSOE's other four singles wins have come from four different Raiders. … The Raiders have won at least once at every singles position but No. 2, where they are 0-7. … Price and David Chon have teamed to post three of the Raiders' six doubles victories. … MSOE is 4-3 at No. 1 doubles, while going 1-6 and both No. 2 and No. 3.

• After opening the season with a 7-2 win over Milwaukee School of Engineering, the Vikings have dropped back-to-back 6-3 decisions to UW-La Crosse and Concordia (Wis.). … Lawrence's match against Saint Mary's will be the fourth straight home match for the Vikings. … David Jumes and Bill Schuman-Kline share the team lead in singles wins with three each. … Schuman-Kline has not been beaten in a dual match this season, going a perfect 3-0 at No. 2 singles. … As a team, Lawrence is 2-1 at No. 1 singles, while going 1-2 at Nos. 3, 4, 5, and 6. … Cade Francour and Connor Maloney have teamed up to record four of the Vikings' seven doubles wins this season. • St. Norbert, which posted a 7-8 overall record a year ago—including a 4-5 mark in conference play, opened its 2017 season with a 6-3 win over MSOE on Feb. 19. … Jordan Crump, Brady Hicks, Alex Vandenberg, and John Zanotti all picked up singles wins in the Green Knights' season-opening win over MSOE on Feb. 19. … SNC's doubles teams of Zach Simonet/Vandenberg, and Joe Oleniczak/Kahlo Vue were also victorious against MSOE. … Hicks also went 2-1 at the ITA Regional last fall and leads the Green Knights with three singles wins. … Simonet picked up a team-best nine singles wins a year ago, while Ben Vande Zande and Oleniczak were tied for second on the team with six singles victories. … Vande Zande played all 15 matches at No. 1 singles a year ago, going 5-10, while adding a 1-2 showing in tournament play to finish the year at 6-12. … Simonet went 5-4 at No. 4 singles and 3-0 at No. 5 en route to his team-leading 8-06 overall singles mark. … Simonet and Kyle Battle teamed to finish with an 8-6 doubles record—the eight wins were a team-high. … Oleniczak and Vue were second with five doubles wins in finishing the year 5-7. … As a team, St. Norbert went 49-70 in singles play and was 23-35 in doubles action.
