Sutor’s showing is SMU’s lone four-hit game of the season. Mackenzie Carey (Prescott, Wis.), meanwhile, drove in a game- and career-high four runs in SMU’s season-opening win over Neumann on Feb. 26.
• CAN’T BE STOPPED: Hall is currently riding a team-best eight-game hitting streak, while Cave has hit safely in six consecutive games. … Hall has posted at least one hit in 10 of Saint Mary’s 11 games this season. … Lizzy Baird (Wells, Minn.) has reached base safely in each of SMU’s last nine contests.

• IN THE CIRCLE: Kraus and Amelia Spilde (Brooklyn, Wis.) have been the workhorses in the pitcher’s circle, with Kraus logging a team-high 36 1/3 innings, followed by Spilde with 16 1.3 innings of work. Kraus boasts a 2.70 ERA and 3-3 record in eight appearances. She has tossed one complete game and teamed with Spilde for the team’s lone shutout. … Spilde is 2-0 with a 1.71 ERA in seven appearances, including three starts. … Kraus has struck out a team-high 26 batters.
