Wednesday's game against UW-La Crosse is the first of two straight home games for the Cardinals, who play six of their next eight games at Ochrymowycz Field. … Cassie Hulett (Milwaukee, Wis.) made five saves against St. Olaf Saturday and has now stopped 19 shots in her four starts this season. … The Cardinals' 3-1 win over Marian on Sept. 11 was not only SMU's first win of the season, but also the first victory for Neil Cassidy as SMU's head coach. … Teri Valenzuela (Morton Grove, Ill.) scored her first two collegiate goals against Marian on Sept. 11. … Amanda Rahman (Rochester, Minn.) — SMU's top returning scorer with five goals in 2010 — netted goals against both UW-Oshkosh (Sept. 10) and Marian a day later, and shares the team lead in goals (2) with Valenzuela. … Valenzuela's second goal against Marian was the first second-half goal the Cardinals have scored this season. … SMU's three goals vs. Marian were the most since the Cardinals netted three in a 3-0 victory over Central-Iowa on Sept. 19, 2010. … Goalkeeper Miranda Halling (Rochester, Minn.) made nine saves in recording her first collegiate victory against Marian on Sept. 11.
