  SAINT MARY'S CARDINALS SCOUTING REPORT
The Cardinals picked up their second straight win on Wednesday, rolling to an 8-1 victory over NCAA Division II Minnesota State-Mankato. … Zoie Becker (St. James, Minn.) ran her season-opening winning streak to three straight with her second consecutive 6-0, 6-0 victory against MSU-Mankato Wednesday. … Colleen Lois (Green Bay, Wis.), Maggie Frye (Colorado Springs, Colo.), Emily Henderson (Jordan, Minn.) and Maddie Dossser (South St. Paul, Minn.) also won singles matches for the Cardinals against MSU-Mankato Wednesday. … Lois/Kennedy Morgan (Green Bay, Wis.), Frye/Kailee Johnson (Rochester, Minn.), and Henderson/Dosser delivered doubles wins vs. the Mavericks. … With her three wins this season, Becker improved her career singles record to 10-2. The sophomore went 7-2 a year ago — including a season-opening five-match winning streak. … Frye, Henderson, and Lois are second to Becker in singles wins this season with two each. … Lois is the only Cardinal to play all three matches at the same position, going 2-1 at No. 1 singles. … Henderson, Frye, and Lois share the team lead in doubles wins with two each. … Henderson and Natalie Peterson (St. Cloud, Minn.) recorded their first collegiate singles victories against Loras on March 6. … With their 7-2 win over Loras on March 6, the Cardinals have now beaten the Duhawks 7-2 in back-to-back meetings. … With Wednesday's win over MSU-Mankato, the Cardinals improved to 64-20 against nonconference opponents since 2012.
  ST. CATHERINE WILDCATS SCOUTING REPORT
The Wildcats — coming off a perfect 5-0 showing before COVID-19 shut down the 2020 season — are unbeaten in their first two matches this season, beating both St. Cloud State (5-4) and Concordia (9-0). … With their two wins this year, and 5-0 showing a year ago, the Wildcats have not lost a match since falling to Gustavus 8-1 on April 19, 2019 — a span of nine straight wins. … Bri Dorr and Noelle Slezak have each won both of their singles matches this season, while Kelsey Dorr, Ella Graham, Elisa Joly, and Reilee Schepper all have one singles victory. … After finishing 6-9 in 2019, Bri Dorr has won all seven of her singles matches over the past two seasons. … The Wildcats are 2-0 at Nos. 1, 2 and 6 singles, while going 1-1 at the other three spots. … SCU has used the same doubles combinations in both of its matches this year — Dorr/Dorr are 2-0 at No. 1 and Slezak/Erica Wing are 2-0 at No. 3, while Graham/Schepper are 1-1 at No. 2.
  WARTBURG KNIGHTS SCOUTING REPORT
The Knights enter this weekend's nonconference match against Saint Mary's boasting an 11-2 record — and are a near-perfect 7-1 in Three Rivers Conference play. … Wartburg opened the season with eight straight victories, before falling to Luther 8-1 on Oct. 10. Since that loss, the Knights have gone 3-1 — with the lone loss a 4-3 setback to Morningside College on March 5. … Saint Mary's is the second of four nonconference matches against teams from the MIAC for the Knights, who beat Hamline (6-3) on March 6, and still have Gustavus and St. Catherine on their schedule. … Olivia Phillips owns a team-leading nine singles victories, two more than Sydney Powers and Sydney Rottinghaus. … Phillips owns a 2-0 record and No. 1 singles, while going 7-3 at No. 2 en route to her team-best nine wins. … As a team, Wartburg is 51-24 in singles play — including 10-3 at both No. 2 and No. 3. … Phillips and Powers have each recorded nine wins in doubles play to lead the Knights. Madison Overmann and Rottinghaus are second to Phillips and Powers with eight doubles wins, followed by Alyssa Guse with seven. … Wartburg has compiled a 28-9 record in doubles play.
