Highlights:
A four-year letterwinner in soccer, Steensland was twice an All-Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference performer, earning MIAC Player of the Year honors in 1991, while garnering team MVP honors in 1992. Steensland helped guide the Cardinals to three straight conference championships and three consecutive NCAA Division III National Tournament appearances from 1989-1991. A second-team All-West Region pick as a freshman in 1989, Steensland earned first-team All-West Region honors in both her junior and senior years, and was also a first-team All-American in both of those seasons. Her 30 career goals and 101 career points rank her fifth all-time, while her 25 career assists are No. 6 all-time.
